Hi! I'm a property practitioner for the CSi Property Group, specialising in property rentals in Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Pretoria East and Pretoria North.
What makes you stand out in the real estate industry?
I love working with people from all ages and walks of life! I have 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and 20 years of sales experience. I always try to go the extra mile for my client, and there's no task that I see as too big.
Tell us about the area you specialise in and what you love about it.
I mainly focus on property sales and rentals in Midrand but I also specialise in other areas of Gauteng, such as Centurion, Sandton, Pretoria East and Pretoria North. I love all areas of Gauteng for various reasons: their vibrancy, the wide array of things to do and the friendly people who call Gauteng home.
What are your secrets for helping people buy, sell or rent property?
My best secret is to listen to each client's needs. If you do your introduction properly, ask questions and figure out exactly what they want, you'll quickly find the sweet spot. This means you get to avoid wasting your clients' time (and your own time) on showing them properties that they won't consider because they don't meet their needs.
What advice would you give somebody looking to buy or rent a property in the area that you specialise in?
Consider the schools, shopping centres and public transport hubs that are in the area you're interested in. Take travelling times in the morning and afternoon into consideration. If you're buying or renting a property within an estate, consider the location of your prospective home within the estate.
